Exigent Serves Clients Across the United Kingdom
Exigent Consulting is a business consultancy committed to providing practical advice and effective implementation of the changes needed to improve the performance of your business.
So what is it that makes us different? After all there are many other consultancies to choose from.
Firstly, we specialise in working with owners of Small to Medium businesses and we understand the particular issues that face owner MD’s.
Secondly, we have considerable expertise in our specialist areas; for example, we have over 100 years sales and marketing experience in businesses ranging from 30 to 300 people; and we have completed successful turnarounds of dozens of businesses ranging in size from £200,000 to £100m over the last 5 years, helping manufacturing, retail and service businesses.
Thirdly, we don’t presume to be all things to all men. We use our trusted network of highly qualified associates; all of whom have either run their own business or served at director level in large public companies.
Finally, we consider that our business is about delivering solutions, we are not report writers but rather practical managers who act as trouble shooters for your business.
I am generally deeply suspicious of management consultants, they can tell you what to do but don’t or cannot do it themselves.
Since Exigent has worked with us they have not only contributed absolutely key input to strategy but just, or even more importantly they have actively worked as part of the team making it happen. Exigent has become a key member of the team and not just an observer.
